Pickleball Club of Georgia, LLC, doing business as Pickleball Club of Georgia ("PCGA," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our website and the inquiry, chat, and email tools on it. It does not cover our court booking and member app, which is run by Waresport under its own privacy policy, or any other site we link to.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out an inquiry or membership interest form, join our mailing list, or chat with us on the site, you may give us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Membership interests, preferred contact method, and how you heard about us
• Anything else you choose to write in a message or chat

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

We do not collect payment card information through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and membership inquiries
• Send updates about PCGA's opening, membership, programs, and events, if you've asked to hear from us
• Schedule tours and follow up on conversations you started
• Run, secure, and improve our website
• Comply with the law and protect our rights

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers who help us run the website and talk with you — for example, our website host (Netlify) and our chat and messaging platform (GoHighLevel). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons — when required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of PCGA, our members, or others.
• Business transfers — if PCGA is involved in a merger, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Text messages and email

Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, PCGA may text you about your inquiry, tours, and club updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of membership or purchase.

Email. If you join our mailing list, we'll send you news about PCGA. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We may still send you messages related to an inquiry or membership you started.

Cookies and analytics

Our site and our chat widget use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and remember your chat session. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as chat, may not work properly if you do.

Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Links to other sites

Our website links to services we don't control, including Waresport (court booking and our member app) and our social media pages. Their own privacy policies govern what they collect. We encourage you to read them.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, while you're an active prospect or member, or as required for legal and accounting reasons — and then delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. Junior programs are arranged by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it
• Stop receiving marketing emails or texts

We'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and we'll honor them as required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PCGA grows and our services change. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
