These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Pickleball Club of Georgia, LLC, doing business as Pickleball Club of Georgia ("PCGA," "we," "us"). By using our website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About our website

PCGA is a private club that has not yet opened. Information on this site — including opening dates, amenities, programs, membership tiers, and pricing — describes our current plans and may change without notice. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.

Submitting an inquiry, interest form, or chat message does not create a membership or reserve a spot. Memberships, court use, programs, and events are governed by separate member agreements, waivers, and policies that you'll receive and sign before joining or playing. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control.

Using the site

You may use our website for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate anyone
• Send spam, harassing, or offensive content through our forms or chat
• Try to interfere with, hack, or overload the site
• Scrape or copy site content for commercial use without our permission

Chat and text messages. Our chat assistant may be automated and can make mistakes. Its answers are for general information only and don't change these terms, a membership agreement, or any price. If you opt in to texts, our Privacy Policy explains how texting works and how to opt out (reply STOP).

What you send us. If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. You're responsible for anything you submit, and you confirm it's accurate and yours to share.

Our content

The PCGA name, logo, designs, photos, text, and other site content belong to PCGA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy, modify, or use our name or logo for any other purpose without our written permission.

Our site links to services run by others, including Waresport (court booking and our member app) and social media platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that its information is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, PCGA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold PCGA harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these terms.
